By using Poush.me ("poush.me"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Poush.me is a voice-first recurring reminder app. Users can create tasks, set schedules, and receive push and SMS notifications. Features are subject to change.
3. Account
You are responsible for your account and password. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
4. Payment
Paid plans are billed by Stripe. You authorize recurring charges. You may cancel or change your plan at any time through the billing portal.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel before your trial ends, your account may be locked. Resubscribing restores access.
6. Limitation of liability
Poush.me is provided "as is." We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including missed reminders or data loss.
